Great shrines kept in temples and monesteries of the Middle Ural attracted thousands of people all over Russia last century. This religious- informative tour lets you see the great spiritual wealth of our land.
1 day. Meeting, transfer, accommodation. Sightseeing city tour around Ekaterinburg by bus. “From town- fortress to the third capital” (the history of the city foundation, main glimpses of Ekaterinburg, modern city – large industrious, science, cultural and sport centre). Excursion to the border of Europe and Asia – geographical borders of two continents (meets with the history of the Ural region, gives the image of its importance for Russia). Evening entertainment program. Yekaterinburg at night.
2 day. You’ll have an excursion to the temples of Yekaterinburg (Saint Trinity cathedral, Jhon Forerunner cathedral having relock-keeping icons of the prelate John Tobolskyi and saint great martyr Catherine, the church of Ascention, Novotikhvunskyi convent and the others). You’ll have the excursion to the monastery in the name of Saint Royal martyrs.
3 day. You’ll make excursion
to the town of Verkhnyaya Pyshma, Neviyansk and the settlement of Byngi whe
re
you can see the ancientest and the recently erected temples of the Ural. In
Verkhnyaya Pyshma you’ll see the Temple of Dormition of
Virgin Mary. In Neviyansk and Byngi you’ll visit the Temple in the name of prelate Nickolai
Miracle Worker, decorated with icons of Oral’s artists. Transfer to Verkhoturie
in the evening.
4 day. Breakfast. Sightseeing tour around Verkhoturie meets you with the
history and architecture of the oldest Ural town. You’ll see Kremlin of
Verkhoturie and Saint Trinity cathedral, visit St. Nickolai’s friary and
Pokrovskyi convent. After dinner you’ll go to the settlement of Merkushino – the
place where lived the saint righteous man Simeon Verkhoturskyi, visit the temple
of Michael Archangel, Simeonovskiy Temple and the source flowing out the saint
grave. Also you’ll see the Holy Stone – the place of solitude of saint righteous

5 day. You’ll have the excursion to the town of Alapaevsk and the settlement of Verkhnyaya Sinyachikha and see the Temple of a great martyr Catherine keeping the wonder-working icon of Saint Mother of God. Then you’ll visit the place of great princes Romanovs’ death and the Monastery in the name of new martyrs of Russia.
6 day. You’ll make the excursion to Dalmatovo where you’ll visit a famous
Dalmatovskyi friary keeping the relics of the monk Dalmat and the grave of the
monastic elder ascetic – father Germogen.
7 day. Visit the Church on Blood. Tour to
the Saint Royal Martyrs monastery (the Romanov's grave).
8 day. Transfer to the airport.
